Delivering your safe to you

All prices quoted include free delivery in the UK except for Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands. We will require a signature on receipt of delivery. If no one is available to sign for your order we advise giving an alternate delivery address which can be completed on our online order form.

Please note that our Free Standard Delivery Service applies to delivery to a ground-floor location or an upper-floor location with access via a lift. A delivery charge may be incurred on certain orders where the delivery route includes stairs or restricted access. If the safe you require falls into this category and you require delivery above ground floor without lift access, please contact us on 0800 073 1590 or email sales@needasafe.com.

Delivery for safes and products weighing more than 100kg will be made by the manufacturer's own trained personnel.

Deliveries for safes and products weighing less than 100kg will be by our nominated carrier.

Deliveries are based on front door / reception or ground-floor drop-off only. No stair work.

Unfortunately we cannot specify a delivery time, although you will be notified when your goods are due to be dispatched.
